Built around your process.

Counting performance is validated with your products and working conditions. The evaluation defines what can be detected and how it is checked.

  1. The object and the line

We review product size, spacing and orientation, together with conveyor speed.

  2. The image

We define the professional camera, lens, position and lighting. Hardware selection depends on your process conditions.

  3. The count

We configure the counting zone and travel direction, then compare system counts with reference counts during testing.

  4. The operation

We agree on records, reports and required integrations before defining the installation scope.

Can you use my existing cameras?

We first review the available image. Some applications can use existing cameras; others require specific professional cameras, lenses or lighting.

What do you need to evaluate counting?

Representative conveyor footage, object dimensions, speed range, product spacing and the records you need to collect.

How is counting performance checked?

Through tests using samples from your operation and a reference count. Acceptance criteria are agreed around working conditions and the errors that matter to your process.
